Greetings from Namazu!

Well hello hello

Im sending a couple of pictures of my first area and also some of Numazu/Mt Fuji!
I havent taken a lot so far and Mt fuji can only be seen from some parts of town where buildings arent in the way and when there arent clouds. Its cool though. Shizuoka-ken is way cool. LOTS of people.
So being the senior companion is a little tough. especially since my companion is the area senior. Sometimes it feels like he is actually the senior. We actually had a baptism yesterday. the Boys name is Eiji and he is almost nine years old and didnt get baptized before because his parents ar inactive. The missionaries started meeting with him and he started coming to church then the parents decided that that wanted him to be baptized. It was way cool. the dad is from Peru and the mom is from the Philippines. They are such a nice family. i think they will follow their sons example and start coming to church and eventually be sealed. Thats the exciting stuff that happened this week. Transfers were long and tiring. From Ise to Nagoya its 2 hours. From Nagoya we went about 1.5 hours to Toyohashi, then from there to Numazu it was about 3.5 hours. Long train rides. But all of my stuff reached the apartment safely as did I.
Ill take a ton of pictures this week. The city is way cool and Ill have a lot of good picture taking opportunities.
Love you all. Have a good rest of the summer.
Love
Michael
